Tok Agency is recruiting 1-2 new members of staff to join the team as we continue to grow our award winning business.
Tok Agency is a TikTok content creation business based at The Terrace, Lincoln. As well as producing TikToks for affiliate marketing programmes, we own and run WearIt.co.uk and OutdoorSoap.co.uk. Plus, we have exciting new products launching very soon. We currently sell on Shopify and TikTok shop and shortly launching on Etsy.
ABOUT YOU
You will need to be self motivated and show high levels of initiative, as well as a positive attitude towards working within a team and generating new ideas. The role is mainly office based but flexibility is available for the right person, if needed to juggle things such as childcare.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Influencers Outreach on TikTok.
TikTok has built affiliate marketing deep into their platform. We need someone to outreach and manage relationships with affiliates. This is primarily done via the TikTok Affiliate Centre. This part of the role requires a friendly, outgoing, detailed individual, with good written communication skills and the ability to “do deals” with these micro influencers.
System and Processes.
As a new business, we are constantly developing and implementing new systems and processes. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and require people who are happy to look after customer relationships.
P.A.
Our MD, while being heavily focused on Tok Agency, also runs another long-established business; MarketingPunch.co.uk. He is dyslexic and all forms of written communication are a challenge. We are looking for someone to manage his inbox and him! Excellent written skills are required with high levels of initiative and organisation. There is an expectation of between 10 and 15 hours per week for this.

The right person would have huge amounts of freedom to explore exciting new opportunities.
